About Learning & Development Content Manager
England Netball is now five years into our Adventure Strategy, supported by deeper insight from our 2025 Learning and Development research. This puts us in a strong position to transform how the Netball Family learns.
The Learning & Development (L&D) Content Manager will play a key role in driving transformation by shaping learning that is modern, flexible, and accessible. As we expand our offer, this role will lead the development of digital self‑paced learning, online workshops, and in‑person content that equips the Netball Family to deliver outstanding netball experiences.
Working closely with subject matter experts from across the organisation, the L&D Content Manager will bring to life a wide range of learning from volunteer inductions to Netball Leader training and onwards to formal qualifications and performance coach and officials' development.
