National Health & Wellbeing Manager

We are looking for a strategic and driven National Health and Wellbeing Manager to lead the development and delivery of Swim England's swimming for health agenda across England.

This role plays a critical part in positioning swimming as a key contributor to public health, working at the intersection of sport, health, and community development. You will lead on shaping policy, influencing key stakeholders, and driving programmes that increase participation among inactive populations and those with long-term health conditions.

Working collaboratively with partners across government, the NHS, and the sport sector, you will champion inclusion, social prescribing, and evidence-based practice. Your work will help tackle health inequalities and ensure swimming is accessible, relevant, and impactful for diverse communities nationwide.
