About Namaste Kids & Teens Yoga
Calming mindful classes, active fun classes or combination of both. Classes tailored to the schools needs.
Full days, half days, one of visits or regular classes. Fitting into a theme e.g children's mental health week, wellbeing week but also more unconventional themes such as book week, Space, Medieval, climate change - all topics I have covered for schools.
Qualified in Chair yoga as well if classes need to be held in a classroom setting.
Fully insured, DBS checked, Safeguarding training.
