New Year, New Challenge!

The 2022 Everyday Active Challenge is all about getting active this January. Whether it's a walk to the shops, a jog around the block, a spot of gardening, a kickabout in the park, cycling to/from work, an online exercise class, a swim in your local pool - anything goes! The more you move, the more activity points you'll earn.

To take part, all you have to do is sign up to Kent's free Activity Tracker and start logging your everyday activities from 1 January 2022 - 31 January 2022.

To help get you started, why not visit Everyday Active and explore a wide range of activities for all fitness levels and abilities, read inspiring stories and discover what's going on in your local communities. You can also save any searches on the website and make a personal plan for the week. Check out Everyday Active and start moving more in your everyday life.

As an added incentive and to keep us all going, there is an overall Challenge Target of 1 MILLION activity points in January. Every activity you log and every point you earn, will go towards this overall target so we're all in this together!

You will also be entered into the Challenge Prize Draw so everyone is in with a chance of being rewarded for their efforts. Good Luck!

If you use one of the following wearable Apps: FitBit, Strava, GoogleFit, you can connect it to your Activity Tracker Profile and any activity will be automatically added to your activity dashboard and your points will appear on the leaderboard. If you don't use a wearable App, don't worry, you just need to manually enter your activity on your dashboard and your points will appear on the leaderboard.

Please note, this challenge finishes at midnight 31 January 2022. Activities must be added by midnight on the last day of the challenge for it to count. Points will continue to appear on your activity tracker page after this date but won't be counted in the challenge.
