About Kent Stop Smoking Service Support Grant 2024/25
This grant is being administered by Active Kent & Medway on behalf of Kent County Council (KCC).
KCC delivers a Stop Smoking Service though Kent Community Health Foundation Trust (KCHFT) as part of its holistic Healthy Lifestyle service, One You Kent (OYK). This service supports around 2,800-3,000 people a year to quit smoking.
We are looking for innovative projects to support our objectives, examples are given below of projects we may consider but this is not an exhaustive list:
- Projects that increase resources to help individuals set a quit date or to quit smoking
- Projects that increase referrals and improve pathways into KCC commissioned stop smoking services
- Projects increasing promotion of KCC's 'Stop Smoking Services' and the benefits of quitting smoking
