Elements Gymnastics

At Elements Gymnastics we have a magnificent team of trained, friendly & qualified instructors.

We provide various classes for boys & girls aged 4 and over. All abilities & levels from beginners to competitive gymnasts are welcome.

All Recreational classes & MyClub classes {11+} are 1 hour long.

Elements are affiliated members of British Gymnastics, South East Gymnastics & Kent Gymnastics.

We pride ourselves on being a professional & friendly club

Elements Gymnastics Club opened in September 2011 and has been growing ever since. We are now open 5 days a week and provide excellent classes to over 250 gymnasts of all ages and abilities. We provide sessions for fun recreational gymnastics, specific sessions for 11+ gymnasts {MyClub}, TeamGym, Display, Acro & Floor & Vault squads.

We have a wealth of experience between us so we can provide the best gymnastics coaching & experience for all our gymnasts who join.

Many of our coaches have been coaching gymnastics for several years; most of them were even gymnasts once! They are highly qualified and very good at what they do.

If coaching is something you are interested in then please email or give us a call as we are always looking for new & enthusiastic people to join our coaching team, don't worry experience is not necessary as we can help you train & mentor you through coaching courses & exams.

We run Gym4Schools where our excellent team of coaches go into schools in the local area & teach curriculum & extra Curricular gymnastics classes.

Our aim is to offer all our gymnasts -

The opportunity to experience gymnastics in a safe and friendly environment whist they achieve success at their highest levels. Children will have the chance to learn new acrobatic skills, make new friends and interact with other children. They would work towards achieving British Gymnastics proficiency awards and have the opportunity to enter into competitions, or even join our display team. Gymnastics can improve children's balance; coordination, fitness levels, flexibility and confidence just to name a few of the benefits. Our classes are always fun and enjoyable; using a good mixture of discipline, structured gymnastics and gymnastics orientated games stimulating children both mentally and physically.

If you would like to be considered for any of our squad classes please do email with your enquiry. We will always ask gymnasts to join a recreational session first so we can asses their levels and help chose the best route for each gymnast individually.
