Everyday Active in March Challenge

The challenge is to make everyday active in March. Everyday activities count and the more activity you do, the more activity points you'll earn.

Description

Whether it's a jog around the block, yoga at home, walking the kids to school, cycling in your local park, dancing in the kitchen or a spot of housework or gardening, make everyday active and make every move matter this March. Log your everyday activities on the Activity Tracker and earn those activity points.

To help get you started, visit the Everyday Active website and explore a wide range of activities, read inspiring stories, learn from informative blogs and discover what's going on in your local communities. Check out Everyday Active and start moving more in your everyday life.

Please always follow the latest official advice on social distancing and please check the current Government Guidelines relating to sport and physical activity.

All participants will be entered into the end of Challenge Prize Draw for a bundle of sports goodies and e-Gift cards, so everyone is in with a chance of being rewarded for their efforts. Good Luck!

If you use one of the following wearable Apps: FitBit, Strava, GoogleFit, you can connect it to your Activity Tracker Profile and any activity will be automatically added to your activity timeline and your points will appear on the leaderboard. If you don't use a wearable App, don't worry, you just need to manually enter your activity on your timeline.

Please note, this challenge finishes at midnight 31 March 2021. Activities must be added by midnight on the last day of the challenge for it to count. Points will continue to appear on your activity tracker page after this date but won't be counted in the challenge.
