Tutors

We are keen to see applications from experienced Digital Skills and Professional/Employability Skills Tutors as well as candidates with industry experience who are looking to start their career in tutoring/teaching.

So, you don't need to have experience in tutoring as full training will be provided and we will also fully fund your L3 Education and Training teaching qualification as well as your assessor qualification. This is delivered by our very own in-house trainer meaning that you will gain experience alongside the study and achievement of your qualifications.

If you enjoy working with people and are a good communicator, whether you are seeking a new rewarding career in tutoring/teaching, or you are an experienced/qualified individual looking for a new challenge, then SSG could be the place for you!

What you will do
-You will work to deliver online sessions with groups of Adult Learners
-Positively engage groups and build relationships with participants to make learning enjoyable
-Utilise a range of well-established educational processes to appropriately plan, deliver and monitor success of provision

What you need
-A willingness to support people and a desire to make a real difference to people's lives (essential)
-A positive can-do attitude and commitment to achieving your qualification and maintaining your CPD record (essential)
-Ability to travel across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire (essential)
-Experience or knowledge of working with young adults in a similar environment (desirable)
