About Senior Project Officer for Health
Somerset Activity and Sports Partnership (SASP) has an exciting new position to join our team as a Senior Project Officer for Health.
Following the success of our health development agenda which continues to bring exciting new commissioned service for SASP, we now require additional capacity in the form of a second Senior Project Officer. The post holder will pick up a number of work streams and develop strategic relationships and opportunities aimed at further embedding physical activity into secondary care, social care, voluntary and community networks across Somerset.
We are seeking a motivated, committed and enthusiastic individual with excellent knowledge of physical activity and health and project management experience in these sectors. The post holder should possess a passion for driving change across the system to support people living with long-term health conditions in Somerset to live happier, healthier and more active lives.
