Women's Rugby Contact & Touch
This is a combination of Touch Rugby for all our over 18 Female members plus a gradual start towards our first Women's Contact Rugby squad. We meet every Wednesday at 7.00pm for an hour and a half. The first 3o minutes is an introduction to Contact Rugby and this is followed by an hour of Touch Rugby.
