Therapeutic Thursdays: Rasa Yoga For Radiant Health
This is a slower class, more based on healthy alignment to support the body, and incorporating pranayama, and a long deep relaxation. Well suited to beginners and those with a therapeutic need or rehabilitating an injury. Term time only. Please note: a discount will be applied if you are booking both this and Rise and Shine Rasa Yoga on a Monday morning. You MUST book them at the same time for the discount to be applied.
