Strollercise Basildon welcomes everyone to our classes. Your fitness and ability levels mean nothing, you go at your own pace and do as much or as little as you can. We dance/stroll to the sounds of the 50's and 60's. It is low impact and we do between 5000-7000 steps per class! Thats around 3 miles! All this while enjoying ourselves. It's doesn't feel like an exercise class! Classes are £5, pay as you go, with no membership or joining fees. All you need is a drink and yourself!
