Paracise: exercise to improve your posture, flexibility and strength

A 45 minute class of low impact exercise that is gentle on the joints and helps improve posture, flexibility and balance. It is ideal for people for whom regular fitness classes are too much, or who haven't exercised for a long time, or who are coming back from injury. It can also help people with a wide range of health conditions such as arthritis and fibromyalgia.

There is no floor work in the class, no jumping around, and the music is great. It's all about everyone working at their own pace to appreciate what their bodies can do and how small changes can make big improvements to everyday life. It's achievable and enjoyable for everyone, but, don't think that it's not effective, you won't work hard or you won't feel it. Medication in motion.

What to Bring / Equipment

Wear loose fitting relaxed clothing, you will get warm, sensible shoes with a grip, and bring some water if you can.
