Our Friday evening taekwondo class welcomes everyone, from beginners to experts. The lesson focuses on Olympic-style sparring. We work on fitness, endurance, footwork, sparring drills and free sparring. Taught by current National Champions, we have the ability to split the class into groups according to your age and skill level. We advise attending wearing comfortable sporstwear and with a water bottle for the breaks. The first class is absolutely free!
