Our taster sessions take place every first Thursday of the month. No experience is necessary but you do need to be water confident. Artistic swimming (formerly known as synchronised swimming) is a fabulous sport for both physical and mental well being. Our coach provides technical and emotional support during sessions which involve lot's of laughter and the seemingly impossible achieved!

You don't need any special equipment, you'll need your swimwear, hat if you have one (we can provide one if not) and a drink in a plastic sports bottle. Oh and your smile and sense of adventure. If this sounds up your street then please contact our club secretary to book a space on our next session.
