Lower Limb With Luke
This is a specialist physio-led class (held in our studio) that is aimed at strengthening muscles around the lower back, hip and knee joints in order to improve the range of motion.
Led by fitness expert Luke, these classes are held every Wednesday either from 9am - 10am or from 11am - 12pm.
