Lower Limb With Dave
This is a specialist physio-led class (held in our studio) that is aimed at strengthening muscles around the lower back, hip and knee joints in order to improve the range of motion.
Led by fitness expert Dave, these classes are held every Thursday from 11am - 12pm.
