Every Monday I'll bring you an LBT class with a bit of upper body conditioning thrown in, focusing on improving cardiovascular fitness, foundation strength and core stability. It will be suitable for all levels and all are welcome. (I am unable to accept pregnant women at this time, however). Bring mat to lie on, and if you have a light dumbbell or similar weight feel free to bring it.
