Kent County Council Adult Cycling session - Learn to Ride - Canterbury

Attention all cyclists (and those who wish to learn)!

Our adult cycle training courses including 'Learn to Ride' and 'Confident Road Cycling' are restarting at various locations throughout Kent. All Covid-19 precautionary measures are in place to keep everyone safe allowing you to enjoy and focus on your chosen course.

Learn to Ride

If you want to learn how to ride a bike or need more confidence and wish to learn in a safe, off-road location at your own pace, then this is the course for you.

Our aim is to get you riding without assistance, which is likely to take more than 1 session. Each session runs for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.

We have bicycles and helmets available for hire

What to Bring / Equipment

If not hiring bikes or helmets from the venue, please make sure your own equipment is roadworthy.

Participants will be required to complete a brief Health declaration form. Please wear suitable cycling attire. If not hiring bikes or helmets from the venue, please make sure your own equipment is roadworthy.
