Intro to Artistic Swimming Course
This course provides an introduction to the sport of artistic swimming. If your child loves swimming, gymnastics and dance then there is a good chance that they will love artistic swimming as it combines all three elements. This fun course is run over 4 weeks and covers the basic skills needed to swim a routine to music.
This course is suitable for swimmers who:
- have completed Stage 7 on the Swim England Learn to Swim framework (or equivalent)
- can swim 25m competently using 2 different strokes
- are able to tread water in the deep end of the pool
- are water co
