Our general taekwondo class welcomes everyone, from beginners to experts, and is is open to anyone aged 3+. The lesson covers all aspects of taekwondo. We work on flexibility, fitness, traditional techniques, patterns, self-defence and Olympic-style sparring. Taught by several instructors, we have the ability to split the class into groups according to your age and skill level. We advise attending wearing comfortable sporstwear and with a water bottle for the breaks. The first class is absolutely free!
